Job Description:
We are looking for a versatile Handyman to undertake various tasks related to maintenance and repair. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in general maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and other handyman skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing the maintenance needs of our facilities, ensuring they are in excellent condition.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as painting, drywall repairs, and basic carpentry work.
- Address plumbing and electrical issues promptly and efficiently.
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Install, repair, and maintain appliances, fixtures, and equipment.
- Handle tasks related to landscaping and outdoor maintenance.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
